A city's new waterfront, walked end to end by a child who has never seen it — because nobody had. The corniche did not exist yet on the day this film was delivered.
Sell a waterfront that had not been built to the people who would live beside it — with a public-sector approval chain and a delivery date fixed to the announcement.
The first route was a fly-through: drone language, empty plazas, statistics on screen. It tested as a property advert. A place is not its square metreage; it is who is in it.
A child, a friend, and a handful of jasmine. The numbers still land — the ministry needed them — but they arrive over someone's shoulder rather than over an empty park.
